The short version
Teal is built to help you produce resumes, bullets, summaries and cover letters quickly, with AI writing them from your information, and to track the jobs you apply to. Relaunch is built the other way round: it asks before it writes, never adds a fact you did not give it, and carries you from the resume through an honest read of fit to interview practice.

Generated words versus your words
AI-written bullets are fast, and for some people speed is the point. The cost shows up later: a line that sounds impressive but that you did not write is a line you have to defend in an interview. Hiring managers ask about the specific claims on your resume, and "the tool wrote that" is not an answer.
Relaunch asks questions instead. What was the scale? What changed because of your work? Your answers become the line. When you do not know a number, Relaunch does not estimate one for you.
Paying for a search that ends
Teal+ bills every 7, 30 or 90 days until you cancel. Relaunch's 90-Day Pass is one payment that ends on its own; nothing renews, so there is nothing to remember to cancel when you land the job. If you would rather go month to month, Monthly is $9.99 and can be cancelled whenever your search ends. Every plan has a 7-day refund.
Which one to use
