Common Questions

If you uploaded a DOCX file, it may take up to 15 seconds to parse on first use. If it times out, try copying and pasting your resume text directly into the text box instead — this is faster and works just as well for the analysis.

You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. The 90-day and annual plans are one-time payments and don't require cancellation.

Relaunch stores your data in your browser's local storage. If you're using a private/incognito window, data won't persist between sessions. Make sure you're using a regular browser window. Clearing your browser cache will also clear your saved data.

Yes — Relaunch works on mobile browsers. For the best experience when uploading and editing your resume, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
