Relaunch is an AI career platform for experienced professionals. It is not a resume optimizer and not a template generator. It reads what a person has actually written, coaches them to strengthen it, and prepares them to defend every claim in an interview.

## How Relaunch is organized

The product opens on one question: "What would you like to do today?" Three doors answer it: Improve my resume, Apply for a job, and Prepare for an interview. A user never needs to know the name of a Relaunch feature to know what to do next; the entry point asks their question and routes them. "Apply for a job" asks one more: "I already have a job description" or "Help me find the right roles." The second points at the roles worth searching and hands off to real job boards; Relaunch never aggregates or pretends to hold listings.

- Resume Review: a durable, job-agnostic read of the resume, naming what is weak and what is already strong enough to leave alone
- Fit & Tailor: test the resume against a specific job description, find evidence-level gaps rather than keyword scores, and adapt positioning without rewriting the story
- Find the Right Roles: names the roles a resume is currently aligned with and deep-links into real job-board searches, pre-filled
- Interview Readiness: role-specific practice built from the questions the resume and target role actually create
- Cover Letter: letters grounded in resume evidence, not generated from a template
- LinkedIn Alignment: check that the profile tells the same story as the resume
- My Jobs: every job you are tracking, from saved through applied, interview and offer, each with full context including the job description, the resume sent, the verdict, and the interview prep, plus the conversations tied to those opportunities, and it speaks up when that context stops matching, for example when the resume has moved since you applied
- My Resume: the resume's lifecycle, with saved versions, history, and a diff between any two

## Core philosophy

AI interprets and transforms. It never invents. Relaunch does not add a fact, a metric, or a claim the user did not supply. Every rewrite is grounded in what the person actually wrote, and nothing reaches the resume until they confirm it. This is the Trust Principle.

The coach asks rather than guesses. When a bullet is missing its scale or its outcome, the coach does not fill in a plausible number. It asks the user a question and works their answer in verbatim in substance.

The coach earns its authority by what it refuses to touch. Most resume tools flag everything, which quietly admits they pattern-matched rather than read. Relaunch names what is working, by name and by reason, and tells the user to leave it alone. A positive verdict is a judgment the product will stand behind, never a default.

Resume Build is where you build your story. Fit & Tailor is where you adapt that story for a specific role. Positioning advice belongs to Fit & Tailor, never to the durable resume review.

The product exists to prevent a specific failure mode: you prepared with AI, you got into the room, and mid-answer you realized you were reciting a claim you did not own.

## Fit & Tailor verdicts

- Ready to Apply: the experience aligns and the resume already presents it well
- Reposition Your Experience: the experience is there, the presentation is not doing it justice
- Strengthen Your Evidence: real gaps in what the resume can currently demonstrate
- Explore Other Options: core experience areas are not present in the documented background

A strong background presented poorly returns two signals at once: Strong Experience, and Reposition First. Qualification and presentation are separate questions and the verdict answers both.

Fit is not potential. Verdicts describe current evidence alignment, never a capability ceiling.

Relaunch is currently in a research period called Relaunch Preview: full access while we build Relaunch 2.0, no credit card.

After the preview there are two plans, both in Canadian dollars. There is no annual plan, because a job search has an end.
